Le travail présenté ici est un ensemble composé de sept photographies et de deux définitions extraites du dictionnaire Le Petit Larousse Illustré.

" C' est un travail assez ancien mais qui pour moi est toujours d'actualité... Je me demande encore lorsque je regarde un film avec Grace Kelly ou Catherine Deneuve si en fait elles ne sont pas des hommes !

" Apporte le dictionnaire ; il tranchera" ai-je entendu toute mon enfance... Les mots tranchent peut-être mais notre regard lui a plus de mal !"

Je remercie particulièrement mon ami Philippe de s'être prêté avec beaucoup de patience à mes petits jeux photographiques.



The work shown here represents a series of seven photographs as well as two definitions taken from the dictionary "Le Petit Larousse Illustré".

"This is quite an old work but which, to me, is still with us… I still wonder, when watching a film starring Grace Kelly or Catherine Deneuve, whether they do not appear to be men !

"Bring the dictionary in, it will settle the question once and for all" those were the words that I used to hear when I was a child… Words might settle such questions, but our look finds it more difficult :".
